I am William Jarrett Little, the founder and owner of The Little Law Firm PLLC. As your experienced attorney, you can expect me to work directly with you from the beginning to end of your case. I have eight years of experience as an attorney as well as my service as an engineer officer in the Army National Guard. I recognize the importance of preparedness and attention to detail.

My law practice includes criminal defense, bankruptcy and other insolvency related matters, debt collection, business disputes, commercial litigation, lemon law claims, and family law. I also have experience in military law including representing service members in Non-Judicial Punishment proceedings (Captain’s Mast/Article 15) and other disciplinary proceedings. I was admitted to practice before all state and federal courts of Mississippi, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and has appeared in cases in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Indiana and Florida.
